Dear Bank of Birch Tree Customer,
We are pleased to tell you that The Bank of Birch Tree will soon be part of the Landmark Bank family. We are currently in the process of obtaining regulatory approval, which we expect to take a few weeks. When the process is complete, in addition to the current Birch Tree location, you will be able to conduct your banking at Landmark Bank locations in Mountain View , Willow Springs, West Plains, Cabool, Houston and Licking.
Landmark Bank and The Bank of Birch Tree share a similar history of family, home town banking that extends back more than 100 years. Birch Tree customers will be well served by the commitment to their local communities that has been the hallmark of Landmark Bank since its inception in 1904.
The transition of your account will be simple and straightforward, without any interruption of service. Plus, you will have familiar faces in the Birch Tree location to take care of you should you have any questions.
At this time there is nothing you need to do. As we get closer to finalizing the process, we will explain how to update your checks, and tell you about free checking, Internet banking, mobile banking, full function ATMs and many other no-cost conveniences offered by Landmark Bank.
The future of Birch Tree is bright, and Landmark Bank’s stability and commitment to the community will make it brighter still. We hope you will welcome this transition and recognize it as an opportunity to ensure the ongoing vitality of this place we call home.
